The Communication Enablement of the DawnSuite Customer Contact Network (CCN), a module of the DawnSuite Event Planning Solution. 

DawnSuite Communications has developed the CCN as part of its web based EventDawn Event Planning Solution. The CCN is an application that allows event planners and suppliers to be automatically and dynamically matched for upcoming business opportunities based on event needs before the needs are listed by the event planner. 

Both event planners and suppliers benefit by saving significant time and being automatically presented with hidden opportunities as the network matches automatically without the business parties having to manually sift through RFPs or business offering.

Eventdawn allows event planners to efficiently and systemically capture event-related information in one area - no more re-entering, or cutting and pasting, the same data in different speadsheets or databases. 

Planners can also find suppliers based on holes identified during the planning of the event. 

Finally, communicate with attendees to manage the negative impact of a surprise. Ie. The bus for an off-site visit breaks down en-route to the hotel. Attendees can be notified of the delay BEFORE going to the lobby so they can continue their conversation, or finish their coffee and be notified when the new bus is ready.
