Product

Coral’s Product Services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Definition

Minimum Viable Product has just those features that allow the product to be deployed and no more. It is a strategy for fast and quantitative market testing of a product or product feature (Wikipedia). Coral works with product teams to define, test and document MVP feedback.

  • Rapid Prototype _ Testing

Product development can be a long and detailed process of documentation or it can be a rapid process of prototyping and testing. Developers, designers and business people work best on a product that has defined boundaries. These are more easily established and understood in a physical form than in a document. Rapid prototype and testing helps product teams define MVP and validate assumptions.

  • Platform Extension Certification

In either Coral-developed or publically available platforms, there is opportunity to build new extensions and monetize them. Coral is developing certification processes for these platforms that will enable product teams to rapidly deploy and integrate their product into new platforms.

  • Development Collaboration _ Virtual Lab

Coral is providing real time collaboration systems that will enable disparate teams from multiple locations, geographies, even companies to work together on projects and code review, leveraging best-in-class developer tools.

  • Product Pricing

Often the product business model can be as important as the technology itself. Today’s pricing models are sophisticated algorithms of acquisition, conversion and retention metrics. Understanding how the product works across these milestones is key to developing sustainable products and services in today’s market.

  • Product Roadmap

Defining MVP and receiving market validation is a first step to establishing a product strategy or roadmap. This roadmap leverages existing product and seeks to prioritize new feature adds in a way that drives demand (per market requirements) or increases price. When coupled to rapid prototype and testing, product teams can accelerate development that provides the greatest return in the shortest time.
